Arleen has been knitting since the age of five. She loves working with natural fibers. She uses only hand-dyed yarns and some hand-spun wools. Using silk, cotton, mohair, and wool fibers, Arleen often incorporates two or more of them into her designs. Creating many of her own designs, Arleen uses a lot of color and texture. Arleen creates pieces that are dynamic and touchable. Her line includes sweaters, scarves, shawls and hat and scarf sets.

Arleen has been selling her creations for the past 25 years. Arleen is never without her knitting needles and yarn whether working at her antiques booth, riding in a car, or working at The Creative Hand.
